What’s the difference between an AI agent and ordinary automation?
Automation runs exactly the same steps every time: when a form arrives, send this email. An agent can read, choose and phrase — for example understand what an enquiry is about, find the answer in your documents and draft a reply.
Do we need new software for AI agents?
Usually not. We build on your existing tools. If something missing is needed, we tell you what it costs and why before we start.
Will the AI reply to customers on its own?
Only if you want it to. By default there’s a checkpoint: the agent drafts, a person approves.
What happens to our data?
We use services your team already uses and agree up front which data goes where. Access stays in your name.
