Services
Websites, online stores, and AI that does the repetitive work for you.
We don’t offer forty services. We make websites start to finish, in one place — and automate what happens after an enquiry arrives.
01
Websites
A website is often the first meeting with your company. If it looks like a template, people assume the work is average too — however good it actually is.
We start with what the site has to do: who reads it, what they need to understand and what we want them to do next. That gives us the structure, then the words, and only then the design. So no block ends up on the page just because other sites have one.
What’s included
- Sitemap and content structure
- Copy written with you — you know your work, we know how to say it
- A design made for your company
- Hand-built, no page builder
- English and Estonian
- A contact form that reaches your inbox
- Technical SEO and redirects for old URLs
A good fit if
- your current site doesn’t show how good you are at your work
- you want one accountable team, not a designer, developer and copywriter separately
- you’re willing to spend time on what your site says
02
Online stores
A good online store is fast, clear and boring exactly where it should be: in the cart and at checkout. The product is what should be interesting.
We build the Shopify theme around your brand. Product pages answer the questions buyers actually ask — amounts, sizes, shipping, returns — before they have to go looking. The Vitelyn store is a good example.
What’s included
- Shopify setup and a custom theme
- Product pages that answer buyers’ questions
- Payments, shipping and tax
- Analytics: where buyers come from and where they drop off
- Legal pages and cookie consent
A good fit if
- you sell a small range and every product page has to sell
- your brand doesn’t fit a stock theme
- you want a store you can run day to day yourself
03
AI automation
Plenty of interested people disappear simply because the reply comes a day later, or says nothing specific. A good site brings in the enquiry; what happens in the next five minutes decides whether it becomes a customer.
We build automations on top of the tools your team already uses — inbox, calendar, CRM. Nobody has to learn a new platform. Every flow has a point where the machine hands over to a person when judgement is needed. There’s an example right here: the assistant in the corner of this page answers questions and saves the enquiry, at night too.
What’s included
- Scoring, routing and notifying on enquiries
- An AI assistant for your site that answers repeat questions
- Email follow-up sequences
- CRM updates without manual entry
- A weekly summary in your inbox
- Integrations: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Make, n8n
- Documentation so your team can run every flow
A good fit if
- enquiries wait hours or days for a reply
- the same information gets copied by hand from one place to another
- you want the first reply to go out in the evening and at weekends too
04
After launch
Launch isn’t the end. That’s when you find out what people actually do on the site — and where they give up.
We keep the site fast and secure, fix what the data points at, and add what’s needed — a dedicated landing page for ads, for instance. We run Google and Meta ads to pages we know — ads without a good landing page are money on fire.
What’s included
- Maintenance and updates
- Speed and accessibility monitoring
- Technical SEO
- Landing pages for ads
- Google and Meta campaigns
A good fit if
- the site exists but nobody watches how it performs
- you want to run ads but aren’t sure the site is ready
- enquiries sit in an inbox waiting
How it works
From the first call to launch.
Call
30 minutes. What the site needs to do, and whether we’re a fit at all. Free, and no sales deck.
Proposal
In writing: what we’ll do, by when and what it costs. If we’re not the right choice, we’ll say so.
Structure and copy
Before any design we settle what’s on the site and what it says. That decides more than colours do.
Design and build
You see the work in a real browser, not as pictures. You comment on a page you can use on your phone.
Launch and after
We measure, redirect old URLs and go live. Then we maintain it and improve it from the data.
What we deliberately don’t do
We’ll also tell you what we don’t do.
Recolouring a stock template
If a template is enough for you, it’s cheaper to do it yourself or with someone else. We’ll say so on the first call.
“Client provides the copy”
This is where most web projects stall. Copy is part of our job, not your homework.
Promises about Google rankings
Nobody can honestly promise the top spot. We promise a technically sound site with good content — the part that can be checked.
Questions
What people usually ask.
How much does a website cost?
It depends on the number of pages, languages, who writes the copy and what the site has to connect to. After the first call you get a written proposal with an exact figure. If you want to understand what goes into the price first, read this post.
How long does it take?
It depends on the scope and how quickly copy and decisions move. The timeline is in the proposal, with milestones, so we both know where we are.
Who writes the copy?
We write it together. You know your work and your customers; we know how to say it briefly and clearly on a page. We don’t start design until it’s clear what the site says.
Can I edit the site myself?
If that matters to you, say so on the first call and we’ll choose a setup where changing text and images is easy. If you’d rather we make the changes, that works too.
What do I keep after the project?
Everything. Code, domain, hosting and logins are in your name. If you ever decide to continue with someone else, you take it all with you.
Do I need new software for AI automation?
Usually not. We build on the tools you already have. If a missing piece is needed, we tell you up front what it costs and why. If you don’t want a machine replying to customers directly, an automation can simply sort the enquiry and prepare a draft for you.
Do you work outside Estonia?
Yes. We work in English and Estonian, and all communication happens online.
Tell us what your site should be doing.
A 30-minute call, free. Afterwards you’ll know whether and how we can help — and what it would cost.
